ReMothering Mamas is opening up space for you to breathe, connect, and be held at our new home within the Sattva Wellness Collective in Naugatuck.

Bring your little one(s) and gather with a conscious community of moms who get it.

This is a space where motherhood is honored, your nervous system is held, and you're reminded that you're not alone in raising a child in today’s world.

All ages welcome.

Pre-registration is required.

The Mama & Me Gatherings will be very laid back. We'll do introductions and spend the time hanging out and building relationships.

Having mom friends you truly connect with and who you can turn to for support is necessary in motherhood. This is how you can nurture these types of relationships.
