This group is a small, supportive gathering for mamas with babies under one year old. It’s a space to slow down, connect with other moms, and share what’s coming up in this season of motherhood.Each meeting, we’ll gently talk through relevant motherhood topics — postpartum recovery, nervous system support, feeding, sleep rhythms, identity shifts, and caring for yourself while caring for your baby. There will be space for questions, reflection, and real conversation.
Each baby will also receive intentional bodywork time with me, creating space for both mama and baby to feel supported and seen 🤍
There is a $10 entry fee to help support the space and our time together.
