We're honoured and thrilled to be hosting the incomparable Little Rachel all the way from the USA at Malted Shake! This little gal may be petite, but she packs a powerful punch! The voluptuous vixen with the voluminous voice, rocks the joint with some pre-Soul, Rock ‘n’ Roll, R&B- OOHWHEE!!! This Kansas City kitty exploded on to the 1950’s rockin’ scene, as half of the wild Rockabilly female harmony duo, The Casey Sisters. Eventually, she went solo, and began thrilling even more audiences by performing and recording authentic 1950’s-style Rhythm and Blues, influenced by artists like Little Richard, Etta James, Wynonie Harris, Ruth Brown, Little Willie John, LaVern Baker, etc. She is little, but she is loud. She sparkles and shines, and her soulful, sexy, sassiness lights up the stage like dynamite! Little Rachel is always sure to make a BIG impression!!! She's backed by the UK's own Rajahs, more usually backing Aisha Khan or the Roots Sister's Revue.
