The Out@Work Conference will be organised for the third time as a key event during Malta Pride. This half-day conference will focus on promoting LGBTIQ+ inclusivity in the workplace, bringing together industry leaders, HR professionals, and LGBTIQ+ employees to share insights and best practices.
The event will feature keynote speeches and panel discussion. Speakers and panelists from diverse companies and organisations will share experiences and strategies.
