About this Event
Our Supper Series returns to Mallard! Join us on Tuesday, December 9th for an exclusive dining experience featuring four dishes from Chef Hamilton Johnson that highlight Burgundy black truffles!
Guests will begin with a welcome cocktail and light snacks at the bar, then will move to the private dining area for a four-course dining experience with optional curated wine pairings.

THE MENU
First Course
Celery Root & Endive Salad
fried camembert, candied pecans, black truffle vinaigrette, pickled mustard
Second Course
Warm Nantucket Bay Scallops
melted sweet potato, aged country ham, pickled prune, lemon thyme jus
Third Course
Cast Iron Roasted Squab
squab leg & liver croquette, black truffle infused anson mills grits,
chanterelles, red cabbage gastrique
Fourth Course
Pear Tarte Tatin
black truffle ice cream, salted hazelnut toffee
Due to the communal nature of this dinner, we will not be able to make large changes to the menu to accomodate allergies. Small changes will be approved by Chef on a case by case basis. 20% of the ticket price will go directly to our service team as a gratuity.
