The heart - not the brain - is the seat of consciousness. The yogic traditions refer to a centre of energy called anhata, or the heart chakra, which is said to hold who we truly are beyond our wounds and experiences. Anahata means “unstruck”, and refers to that place of pure love within us, the innocent kindness and openness were all born with, but that life forces us to lock away.
At this activation, we will reestablish our connection to that pure love, open the heart chakra, and learn to FEEL and DIRECT what we can call the heart-field.
The heart chakra is a scientific phenomenon, and holds the strongest electromagnetic field in your body. It is 100 times stronger electrically, and a thousand times more powerful magnetically, than that of the brain. The power of this field is directly influenced by your thoughts, and can be extended and opened at will, with proper technique. Through accessing this field consciously, we can influence our surroundings, bring order to chaos, and wholeness to chaos. This phenomenon is referred to as heart-coherence in modern science, and is the most important element of traditional systems of energy healing.
This event is of special relevance to therapists, coaches and healers of all kinds, and of universal importance to men, who often suffer cardiac issues at an early age due to too much pressure. You will learn simple and effective yogic and meditative tools to nourish both the physical and spiritual heart, and reverse built up pressure.
