A Winter Solstice Mala Making Journey

Join me for a special Winter Solstice gathering of Kundalini Yoga, meditation, intention setting and meaningful mala making.
What to Expect
• Kundalini Yoga and meditation to connect with your heart and set your intention.
• Choose from a beautiful selection of gemstone beads and create a meaningful mala that is uniquely yours.
• A relaxed afternoon of creativity, connection and reflection.
Useful Information
• No experience is necessary.
• Having some fingernails can be helpful for knotting. Avoid cutting too short the days before.
• Come with an open mind, an open heart and a willingness to trust the process.
• Most people finish within the workshop time, though some may finish earlier or require a little longer. Please allow for this flexibility in your planning.
• Light snacks and tea will be provided. Please come well nourished and feel free to bring anything extra you may need.

• Investment: $250
