More than just jewelry- the Mala (also known as prayer beads or yoga beads) is a culturally rich tool for self empowerment and mindfulness.
Sarah Katharine, the creative hands behind Blue Valkyrie Mala has been making these crystal jewelry pieces since 2018.
Her creations are a work of heart inspired by this ancient spiritual tradition. Each Mala is an intuitive prayer for peace, calling us home to the divine aspects of our inner nature.
A Mala can be symbolic of a specific intention, affirmation, spiritual expansion, a new beginning, or an aspect of self that one wishes to embody more of. Traditionally used for mantra meditation also known as Japa which means to repeat an affirmation or prayer 108 or more times as a practice to guide the mind into meditative states.

Join us on Sunday December 15th, 1 pm - 5 pm for this workshop. I have many options of beads to choose from or you can bring your own- cost ranging from $88- to $120 depending on what beads you choose. If bringing your own beads there will be a $33 fee for the other supplies needed as well as instruction.
