Making Space 2026: Community Art Exhibition

DAiSY: Disability Arts in Surrey, Riverhouse Barn Art Center and Elmbridge Borough Council invite you to Making Space 2026, a community exhibition celebrating the creativity and diversity of artists across Elmbridge.
On show at the Robert Phillips Gallery, Riverhouse Barn Arts Centre, from 29 July to 23 August 2026, the exhibition brings together artists working across a wide range of artforms, themes and ideas. Creativity blooms across Elmbridge: in local art groups, day service centres, community venues, homes and the natural world.
Making Space builds on the legacy of Moving Art, with a renewed commitment to access, inclusion and community connection. There is no set theme, just a genuine celebration of the creative voices that make Elmbridge what it is, with a particular focus on amplifying underrepresented artists.
The exhibition is free to visit, and selected works will be available to purchase, with all proceeds going directly to the artists.
