Making Sense of SEND Tribunals: hints and tops for parents and carers
This online workshop is delivered in partnership with IPSEA, the leading charity in the field of SEND Law in England. It is aimed at parents and carers of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) who would like to gain knowledge about appealing to the SEND tribunal.
During the session, a member of IPSEA’s legal team will cover all aspects of the appeals process and provide invaluable hints and tips for you. We will be looking at everything from submitting your appeal right through to preparing effectively for the hearing, what happens on the day and afterwards. There will be a dedicated time at the end of the session for attendees to ask questions and a copy of all resources will be emailed following the workshop.
Please note this workshop is funded by Reaching Families for parents and carers of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities in West Sussex only. It is not suitable for professionals.
