Making Fathers Visible: Engaging Fathers and Male Carers in Early Years

The film shines a light on the experiences of fathers and male carers and challenges us to reflect on how visible, welcomed, and included they feel within our early years settings.

Following the screening, we will explore how leaders can create a culture where dads and male carers feel valued, supported, and actively engaged in their children's learning and development. Together, we will share ideas, reflect on current practice, and identify practical actions to strengthen inclusive family engagement across our settings

This will also be a great opportunity to meet fellow leaders and managers in person, strengthen connections across our community, and continue the valuable conversations that support our shared practice.
