Sign up for this 2.5 hour class for adults (tweens and teens are welcome with an adult partner), where you will learn how to make eclairs and cream puffs.
Chef Mark will demonstrate how to make the pastry dough (pâte à choux), pastry cream and diplomat cream fillings, and 1-2 types of toppings; and how to shape, cook, fill, and ice the éclairs and cream puffs
Participants will take home the 3-4 recipes used in class for the dough, fillings, and toppings and the six éclairs that you made in class
