About this Event

This session is about turning a maker's identity into content people actually stop for. Participants will work through the anatomy of a story (hook, context, turn, resolution), how platform mechanics affect structure (carousels, caption length, calls to action), then draft a real post using their own work, voice and values. The session closes with peer feedback and a two-week content plan to take away.

Learning outcomes:

  • Structure a story arc for a single post or short series
  • Write captions that sound like your own voice, not a template
  • Place calls to action so casual scrollers actually see them
  • Leave with a content plan for your next two weeks of posting

Structure:

  • Recap and reconnect (15 min)
  • Anatomy of a story (25 min)
  • Platform mechanics (25 min)
  • Break
  • Practical build, drafting a real post (30 min)
  • Peer feedback and content plan (15 min)

Who Should Attend? [TBC, age range and skill level] Best suited to makers with a defined brand identity, ideally having attended Workshop 1: Brand Identity.

What's Included? A draft social post, a two-week content plan template, and peer feedback from the group.

What Should I Bring & Wear? Your own phone or laptop, plus a few photos of your work, so you can draft a real post during the session.
