WHAT TO EXPECT:
You will start your Experience by creating your own personal Reiki Infused Mindful Wanderer Bracelet under the cover of a large pavilion on the grounds of the historic Shelter House, one of the oldest continuously inhabited log structures in the Lehigh Valley, nestled into the forested mountainside of Emmaus, PA. (ADDRESS BELOW...)
You will then be led on a professionally guided forest immersion where you will have the opportunity to connect more fully with Nature through sensory invitations.
Our bracelet focus this year is on the energy of Fire 🔥 and the Sun 🔆 Bathing ourselves in the light 🟡 Stimulating our Life Force energy ✨️
BRACELET CRYSTALS:
* Yellow Mookaite 🔥✨️ As a stone that resonates with the Solar Plexus, yellow Mookaite is believed to awaken your inner strength and dissolve self-doubt. It provides a jolt of courage. Considered a stone of versatility, the yellow variety specifically helps to clear mental fog, allowing you to trust your "gut instincts" and make decisive choices
* Golden Healer 🔆✨️ Known as a stone of success and manifestation that promotes self-discovery, spiritual communication, and connection to the "Golden Ray" of divine light. Helps activate the Solar Plexus chakra. Radiates a warm, high-frequency energy that soothes the emotional body, releases stagnant energies, and helps break unhealthy behavioral patterns.

$55 per person includes:
- a 3-hour Experience
- all supplies needed to make one bracelet per person.
- Private individual reiki of your finished bracelet.
- A customized guided outdoor mindfulness practice.
- $5 from each ticket will be donated to Shelter House to help ensure the property and land will be available for future generations to enjoy.

Each participant will choose their stones and string their own bracelet, which will then be individually & privately infused with Reiki by special guest, Janel Spiegel - Reiki Level III (3) Master Practitioner & Psychic Medium (Seer), (trained by our good friend & past Reiki provider, Korie Urban).
Chuck Thomas, Kripalu certified Mindful Outdoor Guide & Sylvotherapist, will then take you on a gentle and intentional wander of the grounds directly around Shelter House. We will focus on developing an intimate connection with the finer details of Nature surrounding & sheltering this historic homestead, through the practices of gentle movement, mindful walking, and sit spot.
This is a special location as it is adjacent to an ancient Lenape trade route.
Let's spend time settling in, focusing on our senses, disconnecting from our digital lives, and really connecting with each other and Mother Nature.
The mindfulness techniques you will be invited to practice are proven to help reduce stress and anxiety, slow us down, and help us be present and live in the moment.If this sounds intriguing, join us. 💚

Make a LEFT onto Fairview Street and follow around to the right for about a block. You will see a ball field on your right.
Park on the left against the edge of the woods.
Look for my WHITE PICKUP TRUCK.
*There is limited parking near the pavilion for those who need to park closer. Continue through the parking lot until you see a narrow paved driveway on your LEFT. Travel down that driveway a short distance to the Shelter House parking lot. The pavilion is just beyond the parking area.

We will be walking on grass surfaces for less than a mile at an easy pace. 🚶♀️🚶♂️The weather is hard to predict this far out. Please dress appropriately for typical August morning weather 🌞
We may practice Earthing 👣 so try to wear footwear that is easy to take off and on.
Bring your favorite blanket to cloak yourself in and/or bring a small towel or pad for sitting for our sit spot meditation (20 minutes). 🧘♀️🧘♂️ You may also choose to stand.
There ARE restrooms.
REMEMBER: This is a rain 🌧 or shine 🌞 event (only canceled if dangerous weather is expected) so please dress appropriately and in layers so you are comfortable for this 3 hour outdoor adventure. If rain is expected, please wear waterproof or other appropriate clothing as this event is entirely OUTDOORS.
This is a SPECIAL TICKETED EVENT! Consider it as an investment in your personal wellness journey.REFUNDS will only be provided in extreme cases. A refund will NOT be provided should you decide not to attend because of another conflict or disliking the weather, so choose wisely. If ChuckWalks reschedules the event due to "dangerous" weather, your fee will be transferred to a future event, or a refund MAY be given on a case by case basis.We are holding Sunday, August 9th as an alternate date should we happen to have severe weather on Saturday.
