Are you ready to release patterns and habits that are not serving you anymore? This is the workshop for you. You will experience the power of true manifestation that will help with changing life patterns and habits that are currently blocking your personal growth journey.You will bring light to your intentions by creating your own Mala bracelet and start manifesting a path to healing through a heart opening mantra. We will be using Kundalini mantras and your Mala bracelet to start the transformation of non-serving patterns to welcoming more supportive ones. Intention setting is the seed for change that helps in becoming more self-aware and discover one’s true self.
Participants will be offered a simple bracelet-making-kit of wood and natural stone beads included in the workshop price.
Shagufta is a certified yoga instructor and a Reiki Master. Her passion is to help you to reconnect to your inner calm as you bring balance in your life.
