Make Your Own Herbal Tea

After a brief intro on the history of Trailside Organics and the unique partnership with world-renowned Rodale Institute, Trailside Organic Farm staff will give a presentation on herbs that attendees can grow at home to make herbal teas. We will explore how to grow, harvest, dry and use each herb. Attendees will sample teas made from the herbs and will go home with some samples of dried herbs, some herbal tea recipes, and a tea ball. There will be time for questions and discussion. $20 will secure your reservation. Please RSVP by August 12 and note that this event is OFF SITE.
