Join us for a relaxed, feel-good workshop where you’ll create your own gratitude jar from scratch. You’ll decorate and bedazzle your jar using a mix of gems, colours and embellishments, then fill it with handwritten notes of things you’re grateful for.

It’s a simple, mindful activity designed to help you slow down and reflect, while still getting creative. No experience needed and all materials are provided - just bring yourself!
