Make your own Chocolate sleigh filled with Truffles.

At our make your own chocolate truffles Sleigh sessions we provide the chocolate, the ganaches and decorations and you enjoy creating delicious chocolates to take home and enjoy at Christmas (or before if you can't wait!)

We will begin with a chocolate tasting of chocolates from around the world to get you inspired!

Then, using our tempered chocolate you will learn to make hand rolled truffles and piped and decorated chocolates in shells in a variety of different flavours - the choice is yours. Then you will decorate a chocolate sleigh we have made for you with a selection of festive chocolate decorations.

While your chocolates set you will enjoy a taster of the seasonal goodies we have been making recently with a hot chocolate, coffee or tea. Delicious!

Once your chocolate sleigh and truffles have set you will beautifully package them to take home with you.

PLEASE NOTE THIS COURSE TAKES PLACE IN OUR KITCHEN - THIS IS UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS AND THE COURSE WILL REQUIRE SOME PERIODS OF STANDING AT OUR KITCHEN WORK TOPS.

Our chocolate making sessions take place above our Chocolaterie, cafe and shop so you can treat yourself to reward your hard work too!

Perfect to attend with a friend or a small group, with family or for a date. If you have a group of 6 or more people please contact us to discuss a private group booking. Please book early to avoid disappointment as avaialable slots are limited at our busiest time of year.

This chocolate making session takes about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
