In this hands-on workshop, you'll craft a sparkly chicken-wire suncatcher that will add a beautiful and colorful touch to your home or porch. Whether you're new to crafting or a seasoned maker, this class is perfect for anyone looking to explore wire art and create a one-of-a-kind piece to catch the sunlight.
What You’ll Learn:
--How to attach the chicken wire to two frames for a professional finish
--How to incorporate glass and crystal beads into your design for added sparkle
--How to secure beads, wire, and findings to the chicken wire to create a sturdy, beautiful suncatcher
--Tips and tricks for safely using tools and working with wire
Class Details:
--Materials Provided: All supplies, including glass and crystal tulips, butterflies, and ab chandelier and faceted beads, wire, findings, chicken wire, frames, and necessary tools will be provided.
--Finished Size: Your suncatcher will measure 7.5” x 9” framed and will be ready to hang from a window or sit on a sill to brighten any space.
--Takeaway Skills: By the end of the class, you’ll not only have your completed suncatcher but also the skills to create more unique projects using chicken wire, beads, and other materials at home.

NOTE: This class requires good manual dexterity and keen eyesight (or good readers!). Please note that frames available will vary by class. We will be using a staple gun and high-heat glue gun.
