About this Event
On 27 September, Suo brings four Changsha classics to NOR: hot relu, peppery sticky-rice shaomai, your choice of rice noodles and a warm dessert of sweet fermented rice and osmanthus.
Changsha food doesn’t whisper. It comes hot, bold and generous, with the kind of everyday warmth that brings people around a table.
At Suo, food is the way into the city.
In Changsha dialect, “suo” means to slurp—to eat noodles with real appetite. At this table, a little noise means you’re doing it right.
