Exciting news! We have opened the blanket making event to the public this year...again! Join members of the Battle Betties who will be making lap blankets for our veterans in recovery at Hines VA Hospital Geriatric Unit. This year we are offering the public an opportunity to Make One (for a Vet) and Take One (home for yourself) with a donation of $48 that covers the cost of materials, specialized message, packaging and personal delivery on your behalf.
