Make, Mend, Repair at the Clinton Public Library
What to Expect:
- Basic hand and machine sewing techniques for patching, hemming, and mending
- Simple hand tool use for tightening, gluing, or repairing everyday items
- Tips on how to reuse, repurpose, and reduce waste
- A welcoming space to share skills, stories, and resources
Bring something you’d like to fix—like a broken zipper, a missing button, or a broken stuffed animal or toy—or just come to learn!
Tools, supplies, and guidance provided. No experience necessary!
This workshop is designed to help you build confidence, save money, and support sustainable living—one fix at a time. You bring it, we’ll help you fix it! But no promises because we’re librarians, not mechanics.
Registration is encouraged but not required. Register here: https://clintonpubliclibrary.us/programs-and-events
