Suzi Mitchell is the Founder and CEO of the local registered charity Taylor Made Dreams; a charity set up to enable children with life limiting illnesses to achieve their dreams in the precious time they have left. The charity offers ten essential services to unwell children, and their parents/primary carers and siblings. The charity was set up in memory of and inspired by Suzi’s son Taylor, who sadly died at the age of fifteen in September 2011, after fighting an incurable condition for over four years.

From Suzi’s kitchen table where the idea of Taylor Made Dreams came to life, the charity has grown into a valuable, and much needed community resource for terminally ill children and their families which is supported by a committed team of six.

For the past ten years, Suzi has been completely dedicated to building the charity, Taylors’ legacy, which supports children and families in Kent, Surrey, Sussex and Essex. Prior to registering the charity, Suzi held various positions in the care industry which ranged from a Facilitator of a Domestic Violence Survivors Group, Child Care Officer for Greenwich Social Services within a secure unit, Assistant Manager of a residential unit for adults with learning disabilities in Kent.

Suzi also has a Diploma in Welfare Studies, an Advanced Diploma in the Therapeutic and Educational Application of the Arts, and has just completed year two of a Certificate in Child Counselling course. Next year Suzi plans to complete a Psychotherapeutic Counselling Certificate at the Institute of Arts in Therapy and Education in Islington to add to her counselling qualifications.

Her dedication to helping others was further demonstrated in 2011 when she climbed and stayed overnight at Everest Basecamp to raise funds for a brain injury unit that had supported her family through challenging times.

Lynne's firm initially focused on assisting US-owned companies establishing operations in the UK, but soon branched out to cater to a diverse range of clients. Her approach is centred on understanding and meeting the immediate needs and future goals of her clients, whether they are individuals or businesses.

Under Lynne's leadership, the firm has grown organically, building long-term relationships with clients and their families. Lynne prides herself on providing tailored financial advice that evolves with her clients; changing circumstances, ensuring they are well-prepared for every stage of life.
