For the women who wear all the hats—you’re invited to come exactly as you are.

Some months you’ll show up lit up and ready to share.Other months, you’ll be running on fumes and just need to sit, listen, and be fed—body and soul.

Make-it Monday is a space for both. It’s not about showing up perfect—it’s about showing up real. Whether you’re building a business, raising a family, finding your next thing, or just trying to keep it together—you’ll be in good company.

We gather monthly on the 4th Monday—currently in the spirit of the New Moon, when we’re all a little more reflective, a little more open, and maybe a little more in need of connection.

Hosted at Third Street Retreat, a stunning rental space in the heart of Newberg, OR—complete with a chef’s kitchen, lush gardens, and beautifully curated interiors. It’s a dream backdrop for workshops, retreats, photoshoots and creative gatherings of all kinds.

→ Circle Chat (45-60 min)A guided group conversation around a theme that matters—burnout, beginnings, boundaries, body image, you name it. Share if you want, listen if you need. There’s no right way to show up.

→ Make-It Monday Spotlight (15 min)Each month, one of our own leads a hands-on mini session—something fun, inspiring, or practical. You’ll leave with a small takeaway and a big sense of “that was cool.”

→ Nosh + Hang (35 min)We’ll close with snacks, herbal tea, and a chance to mingle, connect, and exhale. There may be wine. There will definitely be good people.

→ Optional Take-Home Meals- starting July.Heather (aka your resident chef/nutritionist) offers an optional, nutrient-dense meal to take home. It’s a little extra love for your future self.
