Welcome to the Redmond Cookbook Club. Once a month we cook a cookbook together, potluck-style. This month we are making recipes from Rie McClenny's "Make it Japanese".
Tuesday, April 14 is our planning happy hour. We flip through the book and choose the recipe we'll make the following week for the dinner party. Attendance for the planning happy hour is always free, and food/drinks are available for purchase at E Bar. Whether you're a professional chef or live by your can opener, this event is perfect for anyone looking to enhance their entertaining skills and meet others who love to make (and eat!) food.
New to the club? Come say hello! There's no obligation to sign up for the dinner the following week ($15/person + wine available for purchase).
