ABOUT
Join Marla the Chef in Red, an alumna of the prestigious Lorenzo de' Medici School of Cooking in Florence, Italy, to learn how to make Panna Cotta, a traditional Italian custard dessert, which is not only lovely to look at but delicious to eat! She will also demonstrate how to make her famous Orange Cranberry Artisan Bread!Chef Marla has been teaching cooking classes since 1995.
During her demo she will amuse us with her many stories of travel to her beloved Italy which she has visited 9 times. In addition to her cooking classes, Marla now offers two small group tours to Italy a year. She is a regular guest on Fox's New Day Cleveland when she travels home to Cleveland. Marla and her husband recently moved to Huntersville North Carolina.
LOCATION
The program will take place at the Italian American Museum of Cleveland (IAMCLE) located in the heart of Cleveland's Little Italy (between Presti's and Maxi's.)
