Join me on Sunday, November 9th from 2 PM to 4 PM for Make & Take: Winter Wellness Kit, a hands-on demonstration class where you’ll be guided through three medicine-making demos (recipes to be determined). You’ll watch, mix along, and participate — you won’t just observe, you’ll help create herbal tools you can use when sniffles strike.During the two-hour session, I’ll walk you through each recipe step by step. You’ll receive full recipe cards and leave with one take-home item of your own making. Everything you need is supplied — herbs, jars, tools — and no prior experience is required.
