Make & Take: Savory & Sweet Pies for Winter

For ages 13 & up

Perfect your pie-making skills in this two hour class. You'll make a buttery pie dough from scratch; create a fruit filling; work with pre-made puff pastry; and discover another delicious way to feature chicken, herbs, and vegetables in your meals. Along the way, our instructors will share a wealth of information about baking techniques and ingredients. By the end of class, you will have produced one savory, chicken pot pie with puff pastry crusts that will serve 4 and a pear and almond pie to take with you. Add a salad and dinner is served!

For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 17 must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Tickets are priced per person. Each person who attends class must purchase a ticket.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
