Make & Take: Holiday Ornament Turning

Our classes and workshops are the perfect “unique” alternative to a material gift or “stuff” for any occasion! Learn to turn in this class by woodturning a holiday ornament that can be a personal keepsake or given away as a gift. Turn the blank from a choice exotic woods and assemble into a one of a kind ornament that someone or yourself will cherish for a lifetime. All class participants receive a 15% discount on merchandise purchased in the store on the same day of their class. Exclusions apply. Students should come properly attired for a woodworking class (tight fitting clothing, long hair restrained and constrained from the face); and bring or wear provided industry standard hearing protection and safety glasses during equipment operation. All woodworking classes are held in a store that sells a wide variety of woods, including exotic woods such as cedar, aromatic cedar and other products (e.g., finishes, cleaners, etc.) that may cause allergic or other reactions in a small number of cases.
