Make & Take: Empanadas

For ages 18 & up

Learn to make these Mexican hand pies that can serve as appetizers or a meal. You'll make two doughs and the fillings; then you'll master the art of creating an empanada to your taste. At the end of class, you'll take 6 of each appetizer-sized empanada with you.

For ages 18 and up. Are you 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine as you sample a selection of empanadas.

• Empanadas de Queso (Cheese-filled Empanadas)

• Chorizo & Potato-filled Empanadas

• Empanadas de Jitomate (Sweet Tomato Jam-filled Empanadas)

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
