Did you know Central Market makes our own bean-to-bar chocolate? Spend some time learning all about different kinds of chocolate, and the best ways to use them, choose them, and store them. By the time the class is comes to a sweet end, you’ll have produced the viral pistachio and kataifi Dubai chocolate bar, a batch of the chewiest chocolate brownies, and a refreshing frozen white hot chocolate.

Hands-on class. You will be working with a small team. You will take home your chocolate goodies.

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
