MTIA MONDAY NIGHT SIGNATURE RIDE: Meet at 6:15pm, Roll out at 6:30pm.
Join us every Monday at Water Works Park for the MTIA Signature ride. All are welcome to attend for a trial ride. Become a FREE member to ride additional weeks.
This is a casual 17-20 mile loop bike ride that goes around Water Works Park, Gray’s Lake, and downtown Des Moines, where we will take the Inter-Urban trestle, up into the Beaverdale neighborhood, and drop back onto the trail. The route includes trails, some roads, and neighborhoods. It is predicted that we would average 12-16 miles per hour. This is dependent on the attendees.
Please arrive early at 6:15 so you can be ready to roll out promptly at 6:30. We’ll take a picture, talk safety, and be on our way. We meet at Water Works Park, Lauridsen Amphitheater, 2251 George Flagg Pkwy, Des Moines. We will gather near the restrooms.

Helmets are required. It’s good practice to bring hydration, lights, and items to change a flat, but not required.
