This in-person event is perfect for those who already have some experience with bike maintenance, and for those who have completed our Level 1 Basic clinic.

What's covered:

Our expert service tech will cover topics like replacing brake pads, brake and shift adjustments, chain repair and replacement, roadside kit for touring, service intervals, and safety checks. You'll leave feeling confident in your ability to keep your bike running smoothly.

During the clinic, participants are encouraged to ask questions. Each clinic is a little different, depending on the interest and participation of attendees.

G.F. Strong Rehab Centre is BCs largest provincial rehab center providing inpatient and outpatient services. The Recreation Therapy team plays a key role in helping clients regain independence, build confidence, and improve quality of life after serious injury or illness. The Recreation Therapists work with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic person-centered care.
