About this Event
Initial Counseling (IC) must be completed NET 18 months from EAS and NLT 12 months from EAS. Please ensure you have all IC Documents listed below completed prior to your appointment. IC Requirements:
- Initiate DD 2648 eForm
- VA eBenefits Registration
- Verification of Military Experience and Training (VMET)
- Joint Services Transcript (JST)
- Individual Transition Plan (ITP)/Self-Assessment
- Update MOL Email
- Access to most recent LES
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment.
Special circumstances i.e. ADSEP, MEDSEP, or 90 day EAS etc. can complete IC appointment as a "walk-in" on Main Side at Leatherneck Lanes, BLDG 1339, Classroom 4. Please have all IC documents completed and in hand prior to speaking with an advisor.
