Main Course Salad Prep

With the beginning of spring less than a week away, join this hands-on cooking class to gain inspiration for cool meals for the upcoming warm season. We’ll cover the basics of making salad dressings and create a variety of salad combinations to sample. The menu includes a hearty green salad with spicy peanut chicken, a ham or prosciutto salad with goat cheese and fig vinaigrette, a salmon topped nicoise salad plus more!
