Mahjong Social Play at Ono Brewing

Social Play sessions are relaxed Mahjong gatherings designed for players who already understand the basic flow of American Mahjong and want more opportunities to practice, build confidence, and meet other Mahjong players. This Social Play session is hosted by Mahjong at Ono at Ono Brewing Company in Chantilly.

These sessions provide a welcoming environment where players can gain table experience while enjoying the social side of the game. Many players attend Social Play after completing Mahjong 101 or Mahjong 102 as a way to continue developing their skills in a supportive setting.

All Mahjong supplies are provided. Please bring your 2026 NMJL card if you have one. A limited supply of loaner cards is available.

Players are encouraged to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and meet other participants before play begins.

Food & Drink

Open an optional tab to enjoy craft beer, cider, seltzer, wine, and non-alcoholic options while you play. .

Odd BBQ is located inside Ono Brewing and offers delicious BBQ if you'd like to grab a bite before class. Please note there is not enough space at the Mahjong tables for full meals, but small table snacks and beverages are accetable.

Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes early to get settled before class begins.

Refund / Cancellation Policy:

Due to limited seating and advance planning required for our classes and events, all registrations are final and non-refundable. Please confirm your availability before completing your booking.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your seat to another participant with advance notice. Simply email us the new participant’s name so we can update the roster prior to the event.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations cannot be credited or refunded.
