Curious about Mahjong but not sure where to start? Or maybe you’ve played before and want a refresher to feel confident at the table again? We’ve got the classes for you! Join us at Milaeger’s for a fun, relaxed Mahjong class designed for beginners (March 3rd) and those who want to brush up on the basics (February 12th (Racine) and March 5th (Sturtevant) class.) We’ll cover everything you need to know—from tiles and terminology to game flow and scoring—so you can enjoy this classic game with confidence.
Class Two:
Thursday, March 5th Play + Variations (recommended for anyone who attended the first class or has some experience)
In the second class, we’ll put it all into action. We’ll play together, reinforce strategy as it comes up naturally, and talk through decision-making in real time. We’ll also explore different ways the game can be played, including popular variations, so you leave with a broader understanding of mahjong and how flexible and social it can be.
Cost is $40 plus tax for each class and includes wine (regular and non-alcoholic.) All Mahjong materials will be provided. Class is limited - do not delay in signing up today!
