A beginner-friendly night where you’ll learn the basics of this classic tile game that’s having a major comeback.Mahjong is a fast-paced, social game played with beautifully illustrated tiles. Think of it as a mix of strategy, pattern recognition and luck.
During this class we’ll cover the foundations so you can confidently sit down and play, including:
• What Mahjong is and how the game works
• How to read the Mahjong card
• What to pass during the Charleston
• When to call tiles
• How to actually understand what you’re doing while playing
All materials provided (tiles, racks, cards).
