Mahaffies' Independence Day Celebration activities may include:
A Reading of the Declaration of Independence followed by cannon fire at 12 p.m., and 2 p.m.
Meet Lady Columbia and Uncle Sam
Play Vintage Base Ball at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. No mitt required!
Cookstove demonstrations
Mahaffie Farmhouse open to visit
Ice cream, root beer, and root beer floats available for purchase.
Bring your blankets, lawn chairs and picnics for this all-American celebration!
Admission is $7/youth ages 5 to 11, $9/adult, free for people age 4 and under. Olathe residents receive $2 off admission. Admission covers all activities, including the stagecoach ride!
