THE GREAT PRACTICE
The 3 hour yoga intensive of Sri Dharma Mittra. Taught by Saraswati Om who was given permission to share the teachings and practice of her Guru Sri Dharma Mittra.
Maha Sadhana is a complete practice with the best of the sciences of Yoga offered.
What to expect:
The class begins with some philosophy discourse “Satsang” applicable to our modern lives and these times.
We then move on to various purification practices varying from mantra, concentration techniques and breathing practices . Then we move into the physical yoga postures adapted to each individuals needs and varying levels. We will conclude the program with a deep long healing relaxation.
