2+ years of experience in HVAC or plumbing (licensed and unlicensed candidates encouraged to apply)
EPA/CFC Certification required for HVAC positions
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance
Ability to safely lift heavy equipment and materials
Willingness to work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, mechanical rooms, and outdoor job sites)
Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service
