It’s the perfect time for casting out the old and inviting in the new. As we tip from one year into the next, there is an incredible portal through which we can leap. It’s the perfect time for making positive change and setting new intentions.
This New Year’s offering is a very special collaboration between the incredible yogini Caro and medicine woman Fany Bah.
How often do you get the chance to have an experience that is so spiritually uplifting and elevating that you are left feeling totally recalibrated, renewed and inspired!!
Our intention is to guide you on a mystical meditative journey deep into your psyche, through a sparkling kaleidoscope of sound and healing. Guided meditations, mantra, drumming, devotional chanting (kirtan), dance, yoga stretches and nourishing breath work.
All you need to do is surrender and trust!!
This offering is one day and is non residential, offering the opportunity for people to experience the feeling of a retreat without having to commit to an overnight stay. Perfect for those of you based on the Isle of Wight but also open to folks from the mainland, wanting to have the best New Year celebration ever!! We are happy to help and advise with finding accommodation for those wishing to stay over.
The day will begin with an opening ceremony and close
with a sound bath and healing mantra.
10am - 4pm
