We will go over the Wheel of the Year and the significance it has on our daily life and well-being. An introduction to how to incorporate wellness into spiritual practices that fit each person’s life. And most of all, acceptance of the capacity one has for their life and circumstances.
Let's celebrate the Spring Equinox together! Be prepared to discuss ways to start making intentions a reality. We will continue to use the wheel of the year to create and mold new stories.
