Ho ho ho! The spirit of Christmas has brought Santa and his jolly elves to Denby Pottery Village, so come and join us for a magical experience with family and friends. Enjoy a personalised visit to meet Santa in his cosy cabin, receive an elf observation report and hand-pick a present from a large selection of gifts for all ages. Don’t miss out on festive games in the gardens with plenty of photo opportunities, too!On arrival, follow the magical path to Santa’s Stop and meet your jolly elf, who will guide you to Santa’s cosy cabin in the Pottery Village Gardens:
TICKETS: Please note that the £18.95 off-peak price is applied at the checkout stage.
~ Monday - Friday (off-peak): £18.95 per child.
~ Saturdays, Sundays, Monday 23rd & Christmas Eve (peak): £21.95 per child.
Babes in arms (under 6 months) do not require a ticket if they are accompanying another paying child (unless you would like them to take part in the full Santa experience and receive a gift).
You can personalise your child/ children's experience at the checkout to include their name and age as well as any special interests or acheivements, to make their visit to Santa truly magical.
TIME: Please arrive in good time for your Santa Experience and dress for the weather. Your fifteen-minute experience can be booked for a maximum of four children and four supervising adults. This includes a personalised meet and greet with Santa (approx. 5 minutes), picking a present from the workshop and time for photos and festive games in the gardens.
To make the most of your experience, we recommend arriving up to 15 - 30 minutes before your booking start time (e.g Santa Experience booked for 9.15am will promptly start at 9.15am and finish at 9.30am). Sadly, any late arrivals cannot be guaranteed their visit as bookings are allocated in consecutive fifteen-minute visits. Unfortunately, this event is non-transferable and refunds cannot be given for cancellations.
Why not make your visit even more special and add a space for the additional Christmas Pottery Painting Session?
Please select your entry tickets from the available session times at the booking stage and then choose from our selection of pottery shapes on the day (prices start from £8). Your £2.50 per person entry ticket cost will be deducted from your final activity price.
EXTRAS: Hot Chocolate and Christmas Cookie. Please collect your voucher at Santa’s Stop to enjoy before 4pm on the day of your Santa Experience.
Festive Trail: Take part in our Festive Trail around Denby Pottery Village. Santa's elves have hidden pictures of their festive friends around Denby Pottery Village, see if you can find them all and collect a sweet treat at the end. Tickets are £3 per child and must be purchased in conjunction with a child's Santa Experience ticket (subject to availability).

BOOKINGS: Denby Pottery Village will make every effort to ensure that your Santa Experience goes ahead on the confirmed date and time. However, should unforeseen conditions prevail, and we need to rearrange your booking, an alternative date or time will be offered where possible or a full refund will be given. Please note that this is an extremely popular experience, and we encourage you to allow extra journey time for your visit. Any late arrivals cannot be guaranteed their visit as bookings are allocated in consecutive fifteen-minute timeslots. Visitor parking is free and within easy reach of the Santa Experience location.
Our great selection of shops are open every day (except for Christmas Day and Easter Sunday) between 9am – 5pm (Monday – Saturday) and 10am – 4pm on Sundays for you enjoy during your visit.
There is also a choice of two eateries (Bourne's Coffee Shop & Bistro and The Farm Shop Café) serving a wide variety of homecooked dishes, breakfasts, homemade cakes, drinks and more. Open Mon-Sat: 9am-4.30pm and Sunday: 9.30am-3.30pm.
