Kick off the season of spooks with a night dedicated to how animals, culture, and science have influenced our greatest legends. Become an investigator for the night and join an immersive Lore Tour, where guides share both the creepy lore and real facts that inspired it.
Your journey includes magical and mystical entertainment, carnival-inspired light bites, and a specialty drink experience. VIP guests will enjoy an exclusive cryptozoology talk revealing deeper insights into the hidden world of mysterious creatures, as well as an open bar, heavy appetizers, entertainment at the Curiosity Cocktail hour, and early entry to the Lore Tour.
Armed with your own dossier, you’ll explore the connections between legendary beasts and the fascinating stories that inspired them. Meet intriguing characters along the way, uncover their secrets, and work together to solve the evening’s mystery: what creature is haunting the Zoo tonight?

The Lore Tour is a lantern-lit tour through the zoo after dark. It includes at least eight immersive and interactive performances that infuse cryptid and folklore history with mystery as you uncover what creatures are haunting the Zoo for the evening. With mild special effects, periods of darkness and noise, and plenty of walking. Sensitive viewers may want to use caution.
All guests must be 21+. Please have your ID ready and arrive. Lore Tour groups are assigned at check in, so ensure you arrive with your party.
