MAGICAL FATHER CHRISTMAS EXPERIENCE

Join us on a Christmas adventure into our festive wonderland. Mrs Claus will welcome you and guide you on a special mission to help her recover some of Santa’s misplaced treasures – he can be quite forgetful!

Next, it's time to meet the main man himself! Enjoy a little chat, take some photo’s, and share your Christmas wishes with Santa.

The magic doesn’t end there – Santa and Mrs. Claus have a special surprise for you: your very own ‘baby spruce tree.’ Santa believes every child should take home a little piece of the North Pole to keep the Christmas spirit alive all year long. For those returning, you can add to your collection and continue growing your own mini Christmas Tree forest!

And that's not all - our Father Christmas Experience is part of our fantastic Christmas Market so make sure you leave plenty of time to browse our gifts and craft stalls and grab yummy refreshments at our cafe. Your Father Christmas Experience ticket entitles you to 10% off any of our Christmas plants and planters (excluding Christmas trees). A wonderful opportunity for you to add some Christmas greenery to your house and pick up some beautiful, unique gifts. Just show your ticket to our friendly staff at the till.

EXPERIENCE PRICE

£14.00 per child

ADULTS DO NOT NEED TO PURCHASE A TICKET.

Children under 2 years of age go free when accompanying older family members.

Tickets must be purchased for under 2-year olds if not accompanying older family members.

Under 2’s that do not pay are unable to receive a gift from Santa. If you wish you’re under 2 to receive a gift, please purchase a ticket.

DETAILS

Tickets are sold in half hour sessions, with 6 tickets per session.

You will have 30 minutes to follow the trail and meet Santa Claus.

Please arrive promplty at your start time to maximise your time inside the experience.

Refunds are possible up to 24 hours before the event. Refunds are not available after 24 hours before the event. If you request a refund you will be charged an administration fee.
