Join Amy and Grace for a magical morning filled with guided meditation, sound, crystal, and reiki healing. Grace will guide meditation to center, relax and tap into our inner magic. This guided meditation will blend breath awareness, dreamy sound bowls, and silence to connect and feel the magic within. During the meditation, Amy will offer intuitive crystal and/or reiki (energy work) healing based on your personal needs - making this a more powerful, expansive experience. This event is for anyone looking to relax, connect, or try something new. Anyone is welcome. No experience is needed. Bring a friend!
Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on, water, or anything else of comfort.
Donation-based event (cash, card, PayPal, or Venmo). Come regardless.
We will meet on the Chippewa Ave side of the park to the left of the playground.
