Description: Illusionist Leon Etienne truly believes that the world needs magic now more than ever. By sharing the performance art of magic and teaching its basic principles and effects, Leon will help instill much-needed self-confidence, determination, and a strong work ethic. Each student will be able to successfully learn, comprehend, and execute world class, beginner magic effects and illusions. They will also learn how to improve their public speaking abilities, problem-solve in-the-moment performance challenges, build strong relationships with their peers through performance-practice, enhance fine motor skills and manual dexterity, and build confidence and positive self-esteem in social situations. After extensive practice and individualized feedback, students will be evaluated for their mastery of each trick and the learning goals and objectives through a formal performance for the entire class. Some students may perform 1 trick, while others may perform more (depending on their skill level). Each student in will receive one “Magic Rocks! Magic Secrets Revealed Deluxe Magic Kit,” which includes all magic effects and illusions covered during class.
