For this Halloween's Spooktacular Commander event, it's time to consort with Villains. Specifically, the 12 Villain cards in front of you. Each of you is secretly aligned with one of them, but which Villains are your opponents aligned with? A mystery! Each player has a secret goal. Achieve that goal to put your master plan into motion, leading to an inevitable victory!

FORMAT/ EVENT STRUCTURE:
Commander
1 Round, 150-minutes
Decks will be limited to Bracket 3! (No mass land denial, no chaining extra turns, 3 “game changers” allowed. 2-card infinite combo are allowed 60 minutes into round (or) 7-9 turns into round, whichever if later).

SPECIAL RULES:
Players bring their own Commander decks and, at the start of the game, secretly choose a villain card, each representing a classic villain from Magic’s history with its own alternate win condition.
As the game unfolds, players can work toward their secret objective. Once a player meets the condition on their chosen villain card, they reveal it—and from that point on, each opponent loses the game at the end of their own turn, unless they can stop the villain in time.
As a reward for participating, players can take home a pack of event materials, making it a memorable and replayable experience beyond the event!

You control a creature with power 18 or greater.
OLIVIA VOLDAREN
Your opponents were dealt 20 or more damage this turn.

You control fifteen or more lands.

You control ten or more creatures with different names.
PHAGE THE UNTOUCHABLE
Each opponent has been dealt damage by your commander this game.

You've cast your commander from the command zone three or more times.

You control ten or more artifacts with different names.

The total toughness of creatures you control is 30 or greater.
