Using psilocybin mushrooms as a tool for healing within intimacy aims to foster greater understanding, connection, safety, and pleasure in the body. But how can we ensure that this growth is sustainable and long-lasting? In this talk, Jessica will discuss how incorporating somatic practices alongside a psychedelic journey can build a solid foundation for deeper and more enduring transformation.Jessica Langley is a trained sex and relationship coach, psychedelic mentor, consent educator, and somatic sexologist based in Colorado Springs, CO. Jessica is dedicated to liberating humans from toxic shame and helping people live more authentic lives. She believes that embodied pleasure is a birthright, and she can help you reclaim your sacred eroticism. Jessica am queer and polyamorous, and through her personal journey she has learned to overcome anxious attachment style patterns, heal from childhood trauma, and embrace ecstatic self love. Jessica offers her abilities as an empath to attune to others and stay connected to the body and emotions. As a lifelong artist with an MFA in studio art and a deep love for mycology, Jessica thinks outside the box and offers creative solutions to problems. She is a certified sexologist with the American Board of Sexology, Somatica® Institute trained, and a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists. With this experience Jessica has developed a creatively driven, trauma informed system of sensual and playful practices to help you reclaim your right to pleasurable wholeness and deeper connection.
